About Tyler Sutton

Five generations ago, my family homesteaded in South Dakota, planting lasting roots, and my goal is to help our clients do the same.

I started out in sales at 19 years old in Spearfish as a car salesman, a career that took me across the state, from the Black Hills to Pierre and Mobridge and ending in Mitchell after nearly 20 years. It’s the car business that started my passion for assisting people, helping them to make great choices for their families. I’m a full time Realtor and Owner at Exit Realty – Mitchell and love the family atmosphere of our team. 

I look forward to assisting you in the property buying or selling experience. Whether it’s a first home, commercial investment, farm or ranch, my goal is to give you the best experience and help you accomplish your goals.

When I’m not assisting clients with sales, you can find me golfing, attending community events or traveling with my wife, Molly. We enjoy entertaining and spending time with family, friends and our dachshund, Louie.

I currently serve as the Vice President for the Mitchell Board of Realtors in addition to serving on the South Dakota State Board of Realtors. I’m an active volunteer with several organizations and serve on the board of Sleep in Heavenly Peace in Mitchell.
