About Kleve Klingaman
I am a lifelong Mitchell resident and love our community. I am a real estate agent and owner at EXIT Realty – Mitchell and a member of NAR and SDAR. I am proud to be a member of the EXIT Realty – Mitchell team; a company working on building a reputation in the community as a hands-on, people-oriented business. I graduated from South Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy. I am married to Tonya Klingaman, we both own North Central Seed Company, EXIT Realty – Mitchell, and Dakota Forbs Production together. Tonya will run and operate EXIT Realty – Mitchell and help me at times at North Central Seed Company. We have three sons that have been an active part of the school systems, sports, music, and community. Tonya and I have also owned and managed many residential and commercial rental properties in Mitchell through the years.
In addition to my busy real estate business, I can be found currently volunteering at our local Mitchell Board of Realtors as the secretary/treasurer. I was an active volunteer in coaching for my son’s sporting teams and helping at my son’s sporting/music events as they were growing up. I am a member of the local Masons. I also enjoy spending time with my family and my dog, Jack!
