As a lifelong resident of Mitchell, I fully support our community. I am a respected real estate agent and the owner of EXIT Realty Mitchell and EXIT Prime Realty. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from South Dakota State University. My wife, Tonya Klingaman, and I own North Central Seed Company, EXIT Realty Mitchell, EXIT Prime Realty, 4K Land Group, and Dakota Forb Production LLC. Tonya oversees the operations of EXIT Realty Mitchell and EXIT Prime Realty and assists as needed at North Central Seed Company, 4K Land Group, and Dakota Forb Production LLC. We are actively involved in the school systems, sports, music, and community, and we have managed numerous residential and commercial rental properties in Mitchell over the years.
Throughout my children’s upbringing, I was heavily involved as a volunteer, coaching their sports teams and participating in organizational roles during their sporting and musical events. I am also an active member of the local Masons and enjoy spending quality time with my family and our dog, Jack.
