About Tim Morgan
I was born and raised in Mitchell, and I can’t imagine a better place to live. Until I worked briefly in Washington D.C., I considered myself a city-slicker. Then I found out that it’s not considered normal to wave at passing cars in most actual “big cities”.
I’m extremely fortunate to be from a town with progressive economic goals, but tight-knit enough to teach me small-town values.
I’m a proud graduate of South Dakota State University, where I earned a degree in Political Science. My friends would describe me as hard working and loyal, but that might be because I’m a patient Twins fan. I am a history buff looking forward to growing roots here, and I’m excited to be a new father.
I couldn’t be more happy to work with Kleve and Tonya, who have been mentors to me for 10 years. A realtor relationship is a responsibility to go above and beyond to find the right fit for each client. Buying a home is personal and may be the biggest investment a client may make.
Understanding a client’s business helps us find the right commercial property for business success. When the client has invested their career in a business and they need to sell and transition, it is important to have a realtor trusted to work hard. Every question is important and clients deserve someone they can trust to find the answers, someone dedicated to meeting their needs and available when they need help. That’s the kind of person I am and I am looking forward to serving in the Mitchell and Sioux Falls area.
